Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting www.shop.sixpointshardware .com and sign in to your account. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Six Points Hardware order. Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on your Six Points Hardware account page in your order history for up to 1 hour.
After your order is shipped, your Tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the Tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours.

· Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
· The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
· You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:
Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by calling 1 (800) 487-4845. Please have your order number available when you call.

Return Policy for New, Unopened, Unused Products Customer satisfaction is a priority at Six Points Hardware. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new; unused and in original, complete packaging. Refunds will be for the cost of the item. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
To get a refund started, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number and return instructions. The return authorization number is required. Please follow the return instructions in the e-mail for prompt service. Please allow four weeks for the refund to be completed. This includes shipping and processing time.
Exchange Policy for Wrong Item Shipped
If Six Points Hardware accidently sends you the wrong item, we will exchange the item free of charge, including all shipping costs associated with the return. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange authorization number and shipping information. All items must be in new condition.
Damaged Items Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it is damaged in any way, please e-mail us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. Six Points Hardware will initiate a claim with the shipping company. Six Points Hardware will replace the item at no charge to you including free shipping.

For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly. Product Failure All warranty claims must be filed with the manufacture of the product. All products sold by Six Points Hardware come with a manufacturer's warranty. To make sure your product is protected by the warranty, you must complete the warranty information documents contained in the packaging and return these documents to the appropriate address. If no warranty information is contained within the packaging, make sure you record the manufacturer's warranty service center information displayed on the packaging. Six points Hardware does not provide any warranty, either express or implied, beyond the warranty of the manufacturer of the product.
